Our group arose from our experience as women who were diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) after the age of 16. We believe that there is insufficient awareness about how this condition presents in women. We want to change this, not least because our diagnoses have been life changing.
As a group, we hold four key objectives:
1. We want to RAISE AWARENESS about ADHD in women
2. We strive to CONNECT female students with ADHD with likeminded individuals
3. We wish to EMPOWER our members to embrace their disability
4. We shall provide SUPPORT for those impacted by ADHD
