A bit about me...

Hi! I’m Dan, and it is my privilege to be your SU President for a second year.

Being a working-class student at Durham, from Durham, matters to me a lot. It has shaped the way I view the University, the city, and the relationship between the two and influenced the work I’ve done so far with the Students’ Union. I’m passionate about tackling the housing crisis, addressing the cost of living and learning and working to break down barriers to access for underrepresented students. I’m looking forward to continuing this work and much more in the year ahead!
